I've been ordering from them frequently for over a year and they consistently delivery both fast and hot food. Teriyaki sticks are amazing.

The chow main was all celery with almost no shrimp
The three other entrees were equally poor
Too much soy sauce in everything and all was over salted.
Very disappointing

Bad experience. Rating must be rigged. Took my daughter in law there for lunch. I was embarrassed. The food all tasted blah and the same. The floor was sticky.
We are spoiled by great Chinese food from the Hose of Wing. Grieved that they no longer exist. Go somewhere else.

I experienced the worst customer service from here. I am going to advise individuals to NOT, order from here. My expected delivery time was 8:08 pm at the LATEST. I had no communication to let me know otherwise-so I called at 8:13 and they said that they would be there in five minutes. Five minutes later, nothing, no communication once again. I gave it several more increments of five, and finally at 8:38 I called them again, and they said 2 minutes. Once the food finally got here, it was spilled all over the bag and was cold and disgusting. When I asked for a refund-they denied it.
If you want a successful business-you have to be customer focused. Save your money and appetite for somewhere else.

I have ordered from Crystal jade many times and have had always had a good experience. This last time, however, was not so good. I ordered the ginger broccoli with shrimp as I have many times before. They had changed the way it is prepared. Instead of having other vegetables such as mushrooms, water chestnuts, carrots, etc., it was just broccoli with a SMALL amount of shrimp and hardly any ginger. Needless to say, I was disappointed.

I ordered online tonight -
I was shocked that this order took over an hour and one half!! VERY DISAPPOINTING IN THEIR DELIVERY!
I called the store, and they stated the "food is on it's way" - - Did not arrive until 20 minutes later!
DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY!!
IT IS ABSOLUTELY CRAZY TO WAIT FOR OVER AN HOUR AND ONE HALF FOR FOOD TO BE DELIVERED!!

Excellent Chinese in Eagan! The order was ready when I arrived 3 minutes before they said it would be ready, Portions were large and the food taste and quality was the best I've ever had.
The Gen Tso chicken was far better than Leeann Chin.
We have a new favorite Chinese restaurant.
